Other than this farinata recipe– most grain free tortilla/ crepe/pizza dough like recipes I’ve tried taste too much like egg. Not that the egg taste is bad, but it’s not good when it’s not what you are looking for. This naan recipe is great and super easy. We enjoyed it with some nice grass-fed butter. YUM!
Nut butter and ghee would taste great too. Think it would also work (not just because of how it looks), as a “tortilla wrapper”. It’s still more chewy vs that flat dense corn or flour tortilla, but it’s not corn/flour and the taste is very mild. Texture is great.

- Mix ingredients together with a whisk
- Heat cast iron pan to medium heat and make sure it's seasoned lightly with Olive Oil
- The batter will fluff up (somewhat like pancakes) and flip to the other side.
