What is reality? Metaphysics, the brain, love, time travel + imagination.

I find myself lately spending loads of my free time in alter states of consciousness via practices such as meditation, day/dreaming, and creating. It’s not because I don’t enjoy my reality- I do, but it’s nice to be able to “go somewhere else” rather quickly. 😉 [Alas, a partial reason for the serious lack of blog posts… when I have time to spare, though I would like to and have much to share, my preference is to not spend it on the computer. Still finding a nice balance].

I have always been interested in the stars and what might be on the other side. Ever curious and still learning, I got tuned-in to energy, vibration, reality, magic, etc- and how you can create and manifest to a certain extent. I am not alone as it seems to be easy to connect quite a number of things to this reality. As such, currently on PBS: What is Reality/ The Brain with David Eagleman– a fascinating series: exploring how the brain, locked in silence and darkness without direct access to the world, conjures the rich and beautiful world we all take for grantedInterstellar, which I don’t want to say too much about: metaphysical/ time space reality/love- I still think about it. And About Time, which is beautiful, touching, and inspirational in the most simple- yet profound way.

There are plenty of other reminders about the beauty/magic/energy/spirits in this world and the others all around us. Remember, “we are made of stardust”, and as they say “the universe is inside of you”. Good stuff to ponder and explore in this reality or another. 🙂
